ILME-FR7 takes a huge step in video quality for this category, by being “THE WORLDS FIRST* FULL-FRAME INTERCHANGEABLE PTZ CAMERA”!
 
This is a new part of our Cinema Line family and inherits the look and feel of our current cameras like FX3 and FX6, but adding the PTZ robotics to be able to pan, tilt and zoom from a distance.
PTZ cameras are made to be able to record or stream video from a remote location and this camera can be controlled either via supplied remote control, via network with an APP or a control deck.
  
By adding Full-frame sensor and Sony technology to this category you can now get a more impressive picture look, more details, less noise and a creative look by utilizing the short depth of field. And by using E-mount you have more than 70 genuine Sony lenses to choose from, covering from 12mm all the way up to 600mm.
  
The opportunities for a high end PTZ camera are many. Its perfect for the production companies working in large halls recording concerts, shows or press events where its limited possibilities to more around the stage. Its perfect for small companies where the cameraman now can control several high end cameras by remote. And is great for studio recordings where you would like to record from several angles with the same camera, you can store up to 100 preset positions for the camera.
